• Foods:

  Enzymes are life. They are part and parcel of every living thing. No form of life can exist without them. So my point is enzymes are killed or rendered useless when food is heated to 120 degrees or more. Therefore, I will stress very positively that most of the enzymes, which are the means of assimilating the foods, have been destroyed. You are probably aware of the fact that life begets life. So If you consume living food, you can expect it to create and maintain a healthy body.
