former Republican, now a liberal-I changed after studying history and realizing conservatives have been on the wrong side of every major socio-economic and political change in the last 200 years-that the “market” has not provided healthcare for the indigent-and that Jesus tells me to worry more about the poor than the rich. I am thankful for the opportunities that the U.S. has afforded me in this long life and am tired of seeing them dismantled for others.
