Education and Work:

Though Joseph's known as a wrench monkey, he's actually a raccoon. And there's nothing overly complicated or profound about him. A simple mechanic that enjoys slacking off at his beach front work shop, or on the beach itself, he doesn't try to figure life out or find a reason or explaination for everything. Having always enjoyed taking things apart and learning how things worked as a child, it lended himself well when repairs or a fix it job was needed.
It didn't take long before his casual and aloof nature figured out he could get what he had been doing, and get paid for it. He only has to exert just enough effort required to do what he enjoys already to get by. Some would call him misguided and he probably wouldn't argue. Summer's are his favorite time of year, living by himself in a stuido apartment he owns above his shop he has complete liberty and freedom.
In Autumn and Winter his business picks up due to the colder temperatures and the moist ocean air creating unfavorable conditions for engines and machinery.
A recent near death experiance, quite the terrible ordeal it was, has left Joseph psychologically stranded, in a sense. Not the kind of watching your life flash before your eyes as a falling TV narrowly misses you on the sidewalk. The kind of pressing situation Joseph had to fight for his life, beyond the point where became aware the very real fact he was going to die. He's a bit more quiet, lost in even more thought then before, but that beautiful and bright playful smile shows less often,
where once he was seen to be happily in another world he now seems to be pensively confined to his own mind. Having actually started to take work more seriously, some of his close friends have become concerned with the raccoon's unfamiliar new work ethic and adherence to his responsibilities. Bio-metrics and robotics seem to be Joseph's new interest in his own time, choosing quiet hours of the night to tinker in his hanger.
(Don't really have silly rules, just collect your thoughts a minute before you IM so you can tell me what you're looking for. Long term is just dandy if you can tolerate that. I'm actually looking for two types of senarios if anyone can help. The first being someone involved with androids or cybernetics to help push an arch of his story further. The second would be any type of ocean predator or dangerous creature. Jellyfish, sharks, sea serpents, ect. Living on the beach he would ...
likely to encounter one, and while he's just a normal anthro with no powers, that knows he could lose his life anyway his childish curiosity and wanting to "know" pushes him to approach these creatures. Monster girls, ambiguous aquatic beasts, it's all about scaring the shit out of yourself and loving it. Thanks! Start sending those IMs now. )
